INSTRUCTOR BIOS

Thomas Magnant is a golf professional at the PGA Center for Golf Learning. Originating from De Pere, Wisconsin, his love for the game first developed when he took up the game at the age of 15 with encouragement from his father, who is an avid golfer as well. Upon graduating high school, he attended Keiser University the College of Golf where he had the opportunity to learn from some of the top minds in golf including Golf Magazine top 100 Instructor T.J. Tomasi and Golf Digest Top 50 Female Instructor Donna White. It was during his time there that Tom was fortunate to discover his true passion in golf, which is teaching the game and also was fortunate enough start working here at the PGA Center for golf Learning while still in school. He began full time here after graduating with high honors in February of 2013.

Thomas brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude to the PGA Center for Golf Learning where he specializes in junior golf. He firmly believes that there in no one way to swing the golf club but that each golf has a swing that will work best for them and his teaching philosophy is to make golf more enjoyable by improving their golf skills, abilities, and golf knowledge so that they can better understand their own game. In his free time he also enjoys spending his time as a coach for the First Tee of the Treasure Coast.
